ASAP not a concept for Pick n Pay

First time I used PnP ASAP. Placed and order on Sunday 15h15 and no delivery in 3 hours went onto app and delivery time had been moved three times with the fourth time del Monday. No consumer contact available for ASAP(only work days) No way to cancel the order on landing page. I have to wait for my money back up to 10 days. Pick n Pay no match for Checkers Sixty sixty. Will never use either ASAP or online again with Pick n Pay.
