ASAP NO ORDER IN 3 HRS
Today 19 Sept 2024 i have put in an order before 8am with pnp ASAP. It is now 11 am and still have not received my order and my emails and calls is unanswered.

Not yetI ordered some groceries from PnP Langeberg mall Mosselbay. One of my items was not in the bags. There is no option to report an issue on the app itself so i sent an email. That was was this morning before 8am. Its now 8pm and still no reply from them. This is the 3rd time i had an issue with them. They also gave me a promo code for discount after the first time i had to go pick up my order myself. The code was to expire end of October 2024. Wanted to use it too today. But it said code no longer valid. So this was last time i order through PnP ASAP here.
