ASAP NEEDS TO CATCH UP

I am very disappointed with the PNP ASAP APP...I switched from Checkers 60 to ASAp after my bank partnered with them, and it seems my orders are always missing something-they hardly let one know before the time if something is out-of-stock and while i know they do ask one to provide substitutions for ordered products-its disappointing that their system is not able to indicate before hand if an order is out of stock like Checkers does...Today was the last straw- order placed , payment went off and 4 hours later its not showing on app at all-though bank account definitely has been debited.When i called ai was told order wasnt placed and i should receive a refund in the next 3 to 5 working days- Checkers IMMEDIATELY refunds either your app wallet or your bank account ( they offer you the choice of how you'd like to receive said refund).Pnp needs to do better.
