ASAP! My A$$... Payment & refund system is a joke!

Your ASAP system is extremely flawed. I switched to ASAP because the FNB Ebucks changed from Checkers to PNP. PNP still has a lot to learn from checkers. This story that your reserved amount will be adjusted on your bank account is pure BS... PNP are ********s. I had 3 orders where certain items were not in stock & I was told it will reflect on my bank statements, its a lie, there has been nothing in my bank account from PNP, just the amounts that went off when I placed the order. This matter is far from resolved.

With Checkers, when they are out of stock, they refund you for that item on the app as credit, why do you not do the same?

I want an answer from PNP!
