I am writing this review in absolute fury over the utterly appalling and negligent service provided by Pic and Pay ASAP. I placed my order at approximately 9:00 AM this morning, with a guaranteed scheduled delivery time of 12:00 PM. The delivery finally showed up after 3:00 PM—a staggering three-hour delay from the promised window. There is absolutely nothing "ASAP" about this service; it is a complete joke and a mockery of its own branding. My worst delivery experience ever. This failure of service was not a minor inconvenience; it had serious consequences. Because I had to sit and wait for the delivery that was hours late, I was made three hours late for a critical appointment. Pic and Pay ASAP wasted my entire morning and severely impacted my schedule. If you cannot fulfill an order within six hours of placement, you should not be operating a delivery service. You need to rename your application to "Pic and Pay Eventually" and seriously overhaul your logistics. Do not use this service if you value your time or commitments. Their performance is utterly unreliable and unacceptable.
