ASAP? More like ALAP As late as possible 😏

I placed an order at 11:22 my money was deducted but the order never arrived, I called the customer care and was advised that the order is being processed. I eventually had to drive myself to tge shops with a fresh operation wound. I got to the shop and it showed the order was accepted on the system but no where tk be found. I had tk wait once more while the order was being prepared. I was still charged for delivery fee even though I had to come collect myself.
