ASAP Joke of an app

The ASAP app is an absolute joke. Ordered groceries and delivery time kept being pushed out from 11 am to 3pm when I decided to cancel my order. After processing the cancellation, the driver driver still shows up after 5pm to deliver the goods. I decline as I processed the order cancellation. 14 days later I still have not received my refund. I called to see why there is a delay, They only processed days after as they had to wait for the driver to bring the food back. This was all after I cancelled. Absolute joke of an app. Should just call it "as soon as they feel like".
