ASAP is aweful

I ordered items off the ASAP app and they never arrived - but I was charged of course... 3 months later, I have still not been refunded. I dealt with Saajidah Salie who promised to transfer the funds back to my account (after multiple follow up emails with specific instructions around the refund) - still, nothing. No items delivered, no refund. The ASAP app is useless, and I don't use that word every often. I'll rather use the competitor service that actually works.
