ASAP IS A USELESS SERVICE

Pick n Pay asap service has to be the worst ever. I've ordered many times from them. But my last 2 orders has forced me to complain. The change and substitute orders without consulting the purchaser and the customer service number puts you on hold for 10 mins and then cuts you off. We are paying for these products and for delivery the least you can do is get this right. I have R200 worth of items bought that are incorrect. They show no accountability. Its not worth it buying from this company. This service is pathetically managed. You are just robbing customers and forcing products on them that you can't sell. It's truly sickening.
