ASAP IS A ****!!!

I've had such a hard time getting Pick n Pay ASAP to refund me for an order ********** they never delivered, I've called that call center countless times and I've logged my query on the app but I just get ignored, IM AM TIRED of having to contact them and someone pretends to help!!!

The above is a complaint I made on the 5th of July and I still have not received my money, they claim to have sent it but to whom if its not in my account? I'd just like to warn anyone using Pick 'n Pay ASAP to be careful because its giving ******* Just the other day 10/08/2022 order *** an item was out of stock and I was also not refunded, I'm really sick and tired of being ****med by Pick 'n Pay give me my money and stop pretending to assist and not ACTUALLY refunding customers where necessary. I just want my money so i can delete that app!!!
