ASAP is a myth...

I placed an order through ASAP on the 26th of April. The delivery was scheduled for between 17:00 and 17:30. Money was taken from my FNB account, but the delivery did not occur. The order is still hanging, I can't even cancel it.

I went to a physical store to buy groceries because my family needed food, but now I'm out of budget because I spent twice as much on the same groceries. All I am asking is for Pick n Pay to please reverse my money. I sent an email to their support, but did not receive any response.
