ASAP in taking your money

Pnp responded and said i should send my details and they'll resolve the matter I did that and I have sent a lot of follow up emails and I got dismissive replies telling me that refunds take 3-10 days I still haven't received my money till date I can say that PNP stole my money at this point I made an order on the 10th of Feb and it's almost March now

Weird how they can take your money immediately but take forever to return it

My experience with Pnp has been very detrimental both online and in store

Warning to everyone, check you till slips if you go to the store and also do not use their ASAP services. They only take your money ASAP, nothing more...
