ASAP FRIM PICK N PAY SUCKS!!

I have complaind but nothing is being done.... I live in port elizabeth...so after learning about this ASAP app on the 19th of june i order food for my mother in pretoria... They deliverd to the wrong house....we found the food 28hours later at naghbour after i specificly ask the deliverie person to ask for my mother by name..! The next day i phoned asap the laydie said she will fine out and get back to me...(she never did)she said she will try to fine the food that you were supposed to deliver.....nobody did nothing or even came back with a answear) Then after finding the food next door the frozer chicken was defrosted and everyghing was full of blood!!! Remember i also orderd toilet paper....witch now coverd in blood...... And after my mother tried to save what she can se let me know that the sweet patato was rotten and the apples was very old....chicken was defrosted and you can not freez a chicken that has been out of the fridge for that long. I then phoned again....spoke to Nwabe...wat a rude ununderstanding person....and she said she will get back to me....but she **** and after trying to make contact again i was ignoreed ......

Then to get me to stop after i started to threten them i got a R100 voucher.... This had to he used on the app and takes R35 again for deliverie.so you get R65 voucher for big pack of sefrosted worm chicken, 18rolles of toilet paper,wrotten sweetpatato and 2 packs of apples.. O AND ....THE VOUCHER ...DOES NOT WORK EATHER..

This is just bad servace and rotten food you send to the elderley...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP TO SUPPORT YOUR ELDERLY PERANTS, YOU WILL JUST BE VERY DISSIPOINTED!
