ASAP drivers refuse delivery

Pick n Pay ASAP is just useless. Drivers only deliver when it suits them.

They then have the nerve to cancel an order and write the justification that user does not answer their mobile phone.

Once again I called in to confirm and got the drivers details.

Driver which is SBU was then contacted and mentioned that he got a puncture and turned around.

Such a beautiful concept and the staff are friendly in store when obviously collecting an order which wasn't delivered but won't be using this app again.
