ASAP Drivers are a bunch of ****s.

I placed an order at 12:36 on the 15th December 2025. At 13:51 I received an email that my order has been refunded, I go to the app the apparent reason is : "Driver was not able to get order due to unavailability of the customer", which is an absolute lie. I have never left work at any given time. Secondly I spoke to Andisile (467328 call ref no) and he said he's getting in touch with logistics and assured me that he would call me back, to date he hasn't called me back, I called twice and was kept on hold, then the phone got cut. Extremely poor service then you still need to wait again for your refund.
