ASAP Driver Speeding

I have incurred a R250 traffic fine due to one of your delivery drivers speeding in the residential estate that I stay in.

I have received no support or communication when using the ASAP support. I have created 6 freshdesk tickets which were all closed without any communication.

I am beyond disappointed and appalled at this level of poor service by such a large company.
