asap disaster
I tried to buy groceries via asap. Because asap cannot handle Tymebank my order was cancelled but the full amount was deducted from my bank account. I have been trying for 2 months to get a refund with no success. So far I have dealt with Kiesia, Farazanah, Buhle, Figo and Noor. I have sent bank statements as proof and comp**** to all their requests. The service from them have been disgusting. I am willing to come to Kenilworth and collect my money from Mr Ackerman in cash because it is obvious that their systems are useless. Can anyone tell me how to escalate this? Can I for instance go to a police station and open a case of theft?
