ASAP delivery waste of time

Everytime I order through ASAP my order is wrong or missing items.

2 weeks ago they delivered decaf coffee instead of original, last week they delivered Lancewood 600g cheese instead of 800g Ladysmith Gouda and now I was charged R47 for vegetables that was not in the bag. What's the use of the convenience if its going to take endless effort to resolve issues afterwards.
