ASAP delivery

I order through pick n pay ASAP and the estimate delivery time said 60 minutes, then it was 120 minutes, then is added another 60 minutes, I thought the convenience of me doing it online and paying for the service was to save time and costs but clearly I was wrong, I went into the app to check again then it said tomorrow at 10am and I will be at work by then??? This is extremely bad customer service and it's unacceptable as there is no communication from the store when I call they don't even pick up the phone.
