ASAP definitely not Pick n Pay's best delivery system!

Yet another short delivery from ASAP. Yet another ticket opened. Also older tickets being closed without being resolved. Refunds not being processed, even after I tell them on the ticket I'd be happy with a voucher to be used against a future purchase. Numerous such cases. It just seems as if Pick n Pay cannot get their online delivery system to function as good as the competition. If this trend continues, I will be forced to abandon Pick n Pay ASAP in favour of their direct competitor locally.
