ASAP customer service sucks

Lovely products and deals but the ASAP customer service team is very bad. I've been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now and no one attends to any communication. Don't know if it's because it's "little money" but it's still mine and I need it back because I didn't receive the goods I had ordered!
