ASAP con artist

On numerous occasions I have ordered from PNP ASAP just for me to receive my order after two or more hours or the next day. Sometimes when you order it doesn't even show.

The latest trend is you order at 4pm, delivery shows it will take place between 18pm -18:30pm but then after payment is made it shows you will only receive your order the next day at 9am There is no way to cancel the order, refund your funds or place your order somewhere else because pnp already took your funds and **** about when delivery will be.

I requested the order be cancelled as I had to order elsewhere where I got my delivery when they said I would but they ignored my request and still chose to deliver the items the next day when I no longer needed it.

I am not the only one complaining about this. Both my sister has experienced the very same thing from PNP ASAP just last week.

I order from them because they're cheaper but I should rather stick to spar and checkers coz then at least I'll get my order when it's needed.

Their service is pathetic.
