ASAP complaint

I am properly frustrated with this Pick n pay ASAP. I placed an order at 09:15am and the estimated yime of delivery was between 11 and 12. 2 hours later the order has just been received and not prepared now the ETD has moved to 1pm and 2pm. There's clearly no convenience there. Their ASAP is meaningless. I called their customer care lime wanting to cancel the order, the lines are just ringing, opted to leave a message but their mailbox is full. I'm never going to use this. Please refund my money so that i can personally go and buy the things I needed. I am going to delete this app, why did you introduce something that you cannot manage???
