ASAP cannot login/register.

I have an issue logging in onto the ASAP app. I've been struggling to get going since the ASAP app started and called multiple times and spoken to people at the call centre who says that they will assist me but nothing. The issue is that it will say that I need to register whil when I register it says that I have an account and it doesn't accept the existing password that I have on the PNP website. When I try to change the password it just sends a link to the login. So I can't buy on your app.
