Asap buffer fee
The new pnp asap has a buffer fee , which i understand it's for alternative items incase the product you bout is out of stock but they are suppose to refund the amount after the final amount is charged , that what they wrote on their app but I have noticed they do not refund that amount .
I have sent them an email requesting them to refund me but they are just ignoring me and it's not for one purchase, most of my purchase they took that buffer fee with no refund .
