ASAP as slow as can be wait no delivery!?

Placed order on ASAP app 16:43 notification said delivery will be between 17:30 and 18:00 at 18:00 I checked and it still said "working on your order" and delivery is now 18:00 to 18:30. Phoned the call centre only to be told the store hasn't accepted and processed the order yet. After arguing and asking for a refund I'm told I will cancel the order and send an email for the department to process a refund - something that will take x days!!! Pathetic now my money is held up in their account and I cannot purchase at another store without the money. And then they have the audacity to suggest in their Ad that they are better than Checkers 6060 by putting a 5959 on the door!!! No P&P you are not better, in fact you suck at this game, Get of the playing field and leave it to the once that can,
