ASAP app worst thing ever!

I'm extremely unsatisfied about the service from the app.

Why when something is shortened can they put a chat inside the app and send an email, but not send it like a sms or something?

Currently my car is broken down and we need something for lunch yesterday. We wanted salad so we decided to order what we need for it and then the main ingredient the lettuce was shorted and I only noticed it when it arrived.

I was busy with other things so I couldn't sit and keep the app open and sit and wait for if a message comes through, but if like a sms I can hear there is a notification.

And then there is a "chat to us" option, but nothing happens there?

So we had to make another plan for lunch.

And why did I had to give my SmartShopper card number if I don't get any points?

Very unhappy with this app and will not use it again or recommend it at all.
