ASAP APP sucks!

I ordered on the PnP ASAP app, my order was paid by 10:30, it’s almost 3pm and I have not yet received my order! I called the support number and waited for over 30min for the phone to ring ring ring. How pathetic!! First time using this app and I’ll definitely be deleting it now to. What’s more frustrating is you sit around all day waiting for you order!!!! I’ve sent a couple of emails as well NO RESPONSE!
