ASAP app not working

My ASAP app is not working since the recent update! I was not able to order online the whole long weekend and even today. I keep getting an error message regarding a promo code and I haven't even used a promo code. I emailed ASAP but no one has gotten back to me. The ticket number I got after sending the email was 983528. Please sort this out!
