ASAP app more like 5 hours later app!

I am very disappointed in Pick n Pay Waterstone. I ordered something from the ASAP app at 4:30pm and should have received my order between 6 and 7pm. When it came to 6pm the delivery time changed to 8 to 9pm. I usually get my orders delivered within an hour but now all of a sudden its 5 hours later!!!! This is ridiculous and defeats the purpose of the ASAP app!!!!
