Asap app delivery not working

I order from the Asap app and the delivery time is supposed to be in a hour, but it never is. Today 2nd Jan 23 I order around 1 and now I will only get my order tomorrow and then I'm not even going to be at the address. I arranged for a refund that is going to take days! I will not use the app ever again. And Sorry is not going to help, sorry is not giving me food for tonight.
