ASAP App and customer service fail

So disappointed in the customer service received after using the ASAP app. I have been trying to get my money refunded to my bank account for over two weeks, had countless emails back and forth telling me that I must request a withdrawal after having done so on the 7th already. Had to send a screenshot to prove that there is no credits left in my wallet and that I had requested the withdrawal. I have not received any feedback after expressing my frustration.
