If I could give no starts I would. Because they don't even deserve 1. Well whre should I start I placed an order at rouhgly 11:30 yesterday 30.10.2021. My deliver was scheduled for between 1 and 2 that afternoon. At about 2:30 I contacted your customer support on your pathetic "chat" feature and had no response. So I called your call centre number 3 times eventually I got through after the 3rd try. Spoke to a very rude lady who basically told me that she can't help me she will take me number and get someone to phone me back. I did not take that chance and I put the phone down. Eventually at 3 my driver was "waiting at the store" which remaind that way until roughly 3:30 when my driver had "arrived" and my order was complete. The problem with that is that my packages were not with me and my driver never pitched up. Eventually at about 4:30pm I went to the store which is closest to my house and hoped that I would get assisted there. The guy who was in charge of the asap in the store Dumisani Makhanye advised that they had been waiting for the driver to arrive and he was following up with a Thandi who was apparently on it. But had no response. I was told last night that someone would contact me at 8am this morning and I am yet to receive a response. This is the worse service I have ever received from anyone. I will be taking this public. I I hope that I will be compensated for my inconvenience
