As Slack As Possible
I have been using the PnP Online facility extensively in the last year and usually have no issue with them. However, from the start of 2026 there has been a huge slacking in the level of service we are receiving. The goods are either not delivered on time or not delivered at all. Initially, if there was a challenge with an order this would have been rectified right away. Now I need to wait up to 5 days for my order to be cancelled and refunded. I do not have 5 days to wait for a grocery delivery. Also, if it could have been rectified within hours on this first round, why is this not possible now? Every time I phone in, I am promised to be called back within 5 minutes with an explanation or solution. There has been promises of escalating the query, discussions with a supervisor and even that a refund will occur the same day, none of which happened. I am still without the parcel and without the funds. This is a perfect example of how NOT to treat your clients.
