I went to the Pick and Pay in Little falls and the service was disgusting, I ordered a few things from Pick and Pay Asap, the money was debited from my account and the order was never confirmed on the app it basically did not show that anything was ordered, I then phoned customer care to make a enquiry I was advised by Kwehzi that I can go to any Pick and Pay with my order number and take my goods, I went here and met with possibly the most entitled and rude store manager I have ever dealt with, He’s name is Paul, I walked to the store took me 15-20 minutes of my time, upon arrival security at the door told me I should be using the staff entrance when she can clearly see I am a customer, Paul then came out to speak to me after telling him I am here to collect my order because he failed to deliver, his words were “you cant come into my store and tell me what to do” dear Pick and Pay I do not think this *********** imbecile owns any majority share in this franchise, I then asked how he can sort out my problem to which he rep**** its not Pick and Pay’s problem its ASAP’s problem, this is the same company!!!! He walked away and stood on his phone for nearly 20 minutes at this point I had enough I walked up to him asking if he found a solution, he then showed me two very short whatsapp’s to who he referred to as “this lady” he’e conclusion is that there is nothing he could do, the next thing he started throwing arounds threats of violence and then he wanted to phone the police on me, to which I said go ahead as I was inconvenienced and I have every right to complain, the service I received was atrocious to say the least and if this is the type of people Pick and Pay has in leadership roles it makes sense why none of your employees care, To Mr Paul directly I do not take threats lightly, this will be escalated to the highest level, fighting you or using violence is not worth my time or energy, you can go down to that level and fight in “your” Pick and Pay, some of us have ethics and integrity, I will never see the inside of a Pick and Pay store in my life, I cant wait to see this company burn
