Arrogant manager

Pick n pay trade route mall is not even worthy of a 1 star rating. Since lockdown has started I've never been out of the house, needing a few things for my baby I decided to go to pick n pay at trade route mall on saturday, I'm a single mum of a 2 year old and we stay alone so I obviously couldn't leave him alone at home. I get to the store and first I'm addressed by an arrogant security guard who insists that I should leave my 2 year old to stand outside alone while I go and get what I need. I then ask to speak to the manager who is even more arrogant and has no way of speaking to people, I explain to him that I could not leave my kid alone and we need some stuff for the house but I also can not leave my 2 year old to stand outside alone, his reply in a completely abrupt mannaer was that its not his problem, I asked him if a staff member could sit with my little one just till I get back or can I give them my list of things to assist me and he rep**** by saying that its because of Indians like me that this will not get resolved, so is this now a ****** thing? When everyone is getting together to help each other, was it so difficult for a staff member to assist me. The managers manner of handling this was pathetic and its definitely the last that pick n pay will see of me
