***********, arrogant Manager and Online staff.

Sadly PicknPay in Hatfield is absolutely useless. From Management to Staff. This is not the first time we experienced shoddy service, uncaring and unhelpful staff and arrogance from their side. The last time I approached the manager, he just took his staff's side and said he had NO money in the tills. Yet I saw students paying in cash and as we were visitors from Durban, we needed a little cash from the tills. BUT THIS TIME I AM OUTRAGED! Today we ordered online a few urgent stuff for my son who is all alone and working as a Doctor at Steve Bikho hospital. The order went through before 12 noon. I have records of what transpired thereafter. I have NEVER had this problem with the Checker's delivery system ever. At about 2pm, (2 hours after ordering), when the goods hadn't arrived, we spoke to Randy at the online centre. Randy said they will make sure the goods are delivered urgently. At 15.51(4 hours after ordering)we call again and this time Kiesia said they will make sure it is delivered. Then two more calls were made at 17.11 and 17.15 and we spoke to Thandeka. All 3 of them are useless and a waste of the money spent on their salaries. The last person, however did inform me that she tried to get hold of the manager at Hatfield, but he wasn't answering. I had the same problem when phoning. The two numbers she gave for Hatfield PicknPay were *** and ***, all unanswered! My anger is that the goods were not delivered today and it was needed for tomorrow morning before he goes to work. Now they are going to deliver when he is at work or they are going to ***** it. He can't answer the phone when treating patients. He only finishes work after 4pm. He must stay hungry because of your stupidity. You are all useless idiots at Hatfield! Please get competent online staff and most certainly get a competent, interested Manager, not for the sake of meeting your companies quortas!!! At least make sure they have Matric before they become managers otherwise they should be cleaners!!! I am so outraged and deeply offended. PicknPay HATFIELD YOU ARE THE WORST PIECE OF *******!!! I doubt if PicknPay care enough to respond to this complaint, but they will ***** our money and not deliver!
