Arrogant & Lacking Knowledge

On 13/02/16 I went to the above store & was subjected to shocking customer service. I had six R10 vouchers from Kellogs, which I wanted to redeem against 2 Kellogs products that I wanted to purchase. The supervisor on duty by the name of Sithembiso was rude & extremely arrogant. He refused to redeem all six vouchers against the 2 products even though the fine print on the vouchers clearly stated that this was allowed. He insisted that only one voucher could be used on 1 product. He spoke to my wife & I as if we were idiots when clearly he was the one with minimum knowledge of anything. This kind of treatment is totally unacceptable & this person in this position is a complete joke!
