ARROGANT EMPLOYEE -RUDE AND VIOLENT - PHOENIX BRANCH
<p>PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR VIOLENT EMPLOYEES AT THE PICK AND PAY IN PHOENIX PLAZA,NOW 1STLY THE MONEY TRANSFER SUPPOSED TO BE A SIMPLE PROCESS LIKE IT IS WITH CHECKERS YET THAT BRANCH EXPECTS THE CUSTOMER TO 1ST GO TO THE MANAGER THEN THE MANAGER CHECKS WHICH LINE THE CUSTOMER SHOULD GO WAT ***** IS THAT!!! THEN AFTER MAKING THE CUSTOMER IRATE U HAVE URLS STAFF THREATHING TO HIT THE CUSTOMER WHO IS UPSET AND ANGRY AND OFCOURSE SWEARING. FOR **** SAKE MAN YOUR EMPLOYEES HAS NO ****ING MANNERS!!!! RUDE I SWEAR IF I DONT GET A WRITTEN APOLOGY I WILL BE LAYING CHARGES AND TAKING THIS TO THE PAPERS !!!!</p>

i want someone to contact me from the head office or a regional manager as the management at the branch was in cahoots with that specific employee and was dam laughing when that ****ed up employee was making threats !!!! i will be taking this to all social medias and papers if this isnt resoloved ... how can you'll employee such staff ????? how can you'll allow the employees to threathen customers??? and since when does your employees who work in the fruits and veg department label themselves as directors is pick and pay becomming a circus franchise ??? you'll have clowns as employees ??? if the inidan staff cannot keep their temper in check get white management. this was not the 1st incident my parents experienced at that branch.i think its utterly ********** the way they treat the elderly! i shop at pnp daily in my area , if i go to the money market i dont need to go to a manager 1st who then tells me where to stand then says theres no money then stand in another line , and they treat it like they giving my parents their money its not their ... i rather use checkers man i am really irate regrding this and if i dont receive proper communication asap i will take this matter up further and lay charges against pnp , last thing you'll want is a lawsuit rather fire your *********** staff or move them frm that branch !

i must say even the people who deal with you'lls complaints are ***********, so the guy calls yesterday after me replying to my own complaint says he can pull out reports that he tried calling back monday which he didnt , then he fones and goes on in circles not really comprehending with the real complaint it wasnt about the money it was about the staff's attitude ... if i had employees threathing my customers they will be fired , and still trying to defend your arrogant staff ??? who tells everyone they the director of pnp what a dam joke ! you'll trust logan to open and close your stores??? you'll are just as pathetic as him if you'll still give him that responsibility! fruit and veg line manager who is dilluional enough to think he is the director **** man phoenix plaza pnp are run by incomepetent staff that should be replaced ! i dont want contact with the guy that called yesterday cause he does not unerstand anything and clearly has no s****s as well.
