Arrogance of Pick n Pay Manager (Matlosane Mall Klerksdorp)- Andries Pretorius

Where were the days of Pick n Pay and Raymond Ackermann ? When customer were queen and treated with helpfulness and respect. Mr Ackermann must be having sleepless nights on his retirement watching Pick n Pay customer service totally falling apart. On my visit to the local Pick n Pay Corporate Store at the Matlosana Mall in Klerksdorp on the 2nd of Feb 2018. I wanted to draw money at the liquor store till. I was told that this facility does not exist anymore. I then said that this was impossible as I had previously drawn money from this till. I was then referred to a till in the Corporate Store where I then withdrew money. I then queried this issue with the Manager Andries Pretorius as to what the reason was why the liquor store till was not allowed to issue money. Andries Pretorius was very arrogant and rude and told me that this was now the procedure as that till was not busy enough to allow cash withdrawals. I explain to him that I had previously withdrawn cash at that till. He then said well times have changed and that this was now the procedure. I asked Andries Pretorius why he was so rude and he then said if you want to take my name you can report me to Head Office. On walking away he commented to his colleague “ who the hell does she think she is “ Well goodbye to another faithful Pick n Pay customer and I am sure I am one of many that will do our shopping elsewhere.
