On Tuesday during lunchtime, it was a very hot day. I went to Pick 'n Pay to quickly grab their slush puppy. After pouring it into my cup I looked for lids and couldn't find any. I saw a guy who works there and asked him and he told me it was David who worked on that area. We then went and looked for David and when he saw me, he shouted from a distance that if I want a lid they didn't have any. I kept walking towards him and when I got to him I greeted him and told him I was looking for a lid for my slush puppy cup. Then he started yelling at me telling me that he just told me that they didn't have any,I then asked him why did they only order cups and not lids, how was I going to carry that cup back to work? Then he gave me an ultimatum, telling me that it's not his responsibility to order the lids, he's not the person responsible for the section he was just standing in for someone. I said ok thanks and then he said JA (with so much attitude, filled with arrogance). What bothered me the most is the manner in which he spoke to me, he was even moving his head with pride and arrogance.Such a shame for a Pick 'n Pay worker to claim victory towards a customer's complaint!
