Arrears account
PnP Finance Dept is pathetic. Takes 2 months to match off payments. Continues to advise me that I am in arrears. They don't answer my emails thoroughly. I have to pay compound interest on arrears. Can someone in their Finance Dept wake up and assist me? Don't phone me. Email me to sort out this nonsense!!!! You received many emails from me over the past months
