Aramex - Pick n Pay

I deposited an Aramex parcel on Monday (21/09/2020) at the drop-box at the Hazeldean Square Pick n Pay branch (PTA East).

In an attempt to track my parcel this morning (23/09/2020), the status of the parcel says "Hijack - *******". I have received no further communication from Aramex and I am upset. It is disheartening that I trusted my parcel to be safely delivered but it was not.
