ARAMEX AND PICK N PAY *****ING PARCELS

I sent a parcel at Pick n Pay Blackheath in cresta and dropped it off on the 23rd of November 2021. i have been calling Aramex everyday for more than a month now, i got an sms with tracking number DBP*** only to realize that the tracking number does not exist when i try to track the parcel. Every time i call Aramex the consultants tell different stories everyday till today they say they are investigating. I then went to Pick n pay to tell me what is really going on, they also say Aramex isnt giving them clear feedback. They tried calling a lady by the name SIMIONE SCHEEPERS (not sure if she is the owner or manager) she was so rude and dropped the call on us. SO MY QUESTION IS... is Pick n Pay working with Aramex to sell **** parcel packs and ***** peoples parcels or what. Why is it that pick n pay can partner with a company that ***** peoples parcels and get away with it????????
