Appreciation of great service

I would like to appreciate Pick n Pay Keywest Mall- Krugersdorp.

I shop there 2 to 3 times a week to purchase my fruits, veggies & some essentials. The service from the staff is always good and even when there is an error, they are prompt to fix the error. I would like to thank the 2 managers Nathi & Kedibone

Nathi: (I have spotted him (name tag) at the store several times, overheard him ask one of the merchandisers about stock, the tone he used was very professional ( the conversation he had with the merchandiser was an indication to me that he respect his role and takes customer experience seriously. He once resolved my query well.

Kedibone (not sure if I got her name right, she usually assist by the pay point). She has resolved 2 of my queries effortlessly. And I appreciate how she resolved both queries with a smile and apology.

My advise is to keep the cashier informed with your sales & promotions, and please encourage them to engage more with customers and inform or educate customers on the promos that customers might not be aware of.

Keep up the good work and thank you for always being stocked up. Proud to be a shopper at Pick n Pay Key West
