Appreciation for Pnp N1 City and Tiger brands correcting a wrong in a very impressive way.

I previously wrote a review about purchasing beacon marshmallow 48's and it's expiry date being 10/12/2018. Pnp N1 City got in contact with me the very next day and followed up with an email and multiple phone calls. The way they were on top of things truly impressed me. They investigated the issue, kept me update with the findings and not only apologized to me personally, but also brought me a new box of beacon marshmallows, a box of lindt chocolate, my money back on the previous box and bought me flowers to say sorry for any inconvenience caused. I come from a background in sales and marketing and where customer satisfaction is paramount to any business. Pnp N1 City has more than apologized and done their part to correct a wrong. I can only say, I didn't expect them to do everything they did, but I applaud them for going the extra mile in the way they did. It is much appreciated. When a company leaves a smile on your face. That's how you know it's a store that cares about quality and their customers. Thank you to Pnp N1 City and especially Deliwe. Quick, responsive and sincere assistance.
