Appraisal of Complaint management

I’d like to commend Pick n Pay’s Food and Safety Manager, Dikeledi, for her exceptional handling of my recent complaint. Her response was not only prompt and professional, but deeply thoughtful ,going so far as to have a cake baked as a heartfelt apology. This level of care and accountability reflects a customer-centric culture that deserves recognition.
