Worse service ever from Store Manager Stanley Tsamwayi

Went to Pick n Pay in Dobsonville On the 30th of November 2024 around 13:10 my mom bought 2 pre packed spiced chicken pieces at Pick n' Pay Dobsonvile extension 3 in Mahajane drive. When I opened the packets there were chicken skin packed in the tray and 4 pieces on each tray and the pieces had an unpleasant smell, I notified my mom as I was the one cooking and told her to return the meat and the skin on the tray. She said the meat was fine it's probably the spice and i proceeded with the cooking of the meat and later my mom returned the tray with the skin and was told that's why the chicken pieces were on special but a guy of the name of Mondli was able to resolve the issue and exchanged the pieces. Later that night my mom had the pieces that I had cooked earlier. In the morning she woke up with rash all over the face and said she hardly slept as she was itching the whole night and that was the last thing she ate and didn't have breakfast. She went back to Pick n Pay and told them what had happened after consuming the meat when she got to the store she was taken from pillar to post and was made a laughing stock and was told by Dimakatso and Stanley that they can't help her she just needs to go to the Doctor and bring a medical certificate confirming the allergy reaction. My mom went to the Doctor that Sunday morning the 1st of December 2024 and was given medication and a letter and returned the letter to the store. When we went to the store for a follow up on the 2nd of December 2024 around 11am cause we didnt received a call or any feedback Stanley disrespected us and told us he won't help us in anyway and told us he has the last say and no one is above him and we can take it up with customer service and proceeded to fold his arms and cross his legs. I didn't appreciate the attitude and service we got from him it was inhuman let alone unprofessional.
