Appauling service from Pick n pay asap

Appauling service! and it's not for the 1st time! Pick n Pay asap! Every time I order mixed peppers that come as 4, I always get 3 without the yellow pepper. Whoever who packs from PnP festival mall is a ****** *******! Whenever I go buy directly from the store I get 4 peppers, but when I order from Pick n pay asap app I get 3!
