Appauling service at Pick n Pay in Alexandra, Pan African mall

<p>On the 19nth of May 2017 just before 12h00, I had bought a few things and needed to withdraw R50, but the cashier said he does not have money but I had seen it when his till opened, went to the supervisor of the day a lady whom seemed to be irritated by my request and sent me to another till by the cigarette counter and never borderd to check the matter, still the cashier **** and said something about my card not working,i had paid with the card to buy the things I bought and It never gave any problems whatsover, this has happemed before few weeks as well, had asked to withdraw a R100 and I did not get the assistance! the cashiers there have no customer services as well as their supergisor, they make nasty looks when approached and seem like they are forced to be at work, we do not need people of this nature to be in the public space, franchises need to abide by the rules accordingly and recruit candidates that are passionate about their jobs! I will never set foot on this particular pick n pay ever again! It was not just about not getting the assistance I needed it was about how I was belittled and ill treated! </p>
